    Âé¶¹´«Ã½ and Pawnee Nation College have entered into a new partnership to expand higher education opportunities in rural and tribal communities. Through a Memorandum of Understanding, Âé¶¹´«Ã½ will share academic resources and expertise to support PNC on its path toward full accreditation.

  2. Governor Appoints Broken Arrow City Manager to Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Board of Regents

    Governor Kevin Stitt appointed Broken Arrow City Manager Michael Spurgeon to a seven-year term on the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Board of Regents. Spurgeon is a U.S. Army veteran with more than 30 years in public service and a history of guiding long-term community growth.

  3. Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Student Becomes First Enhanced Air Traffic Control Graduate Hired by FAA

    Âé¶¹´«Ã½â€™s Rebecca Nobles became the first graduate of an Enhanced Air Traffic Control program in the United States to be hired directly by the Federal Aviation Administration. Nobles bypassed the traditional FAA Academy thanks to Âé¶¹´«Ã½â€™s participation in the FAA’s Enhanced Air Traffic–Collegiate Training Initiative.

    Âé¶¹´«Ã½ President and CEO Leigh Goodson, Ph.D, begins her term as chair of the American Association of Community Colleges Board of Directors, bringing national leadership to the nearly 1,000-member organization.

  5. Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Students Named Finalists in National Innovation Competition

    Âé¶¹´«Ã½ was named one of 12 national finalists in the Community College Innovation Challenge, sponsored by the American Association of Community Colleges and the National Science Foundation. Âé¶¹´«Ã½ students and their advisor presented their project, a smart-home feature for secure drone deliveries, during an Innovation Boot Camp in Washington, D.C.
