Broken Arrow Fire Department Offers Internships for Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Students
As part of an innovative new program, the Broken Arrow Fire Department and Âé¶¹´«Ã½ are launching a Fire and Emergency Medical Services internship for Âé¶¹´«Ã½ students. The interns are taking part of the 20-week Broken Arrow Fire Academy, in order to learn the skills needed to perform the duties of a firefighter as well as earning essential certifications for employment.

Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Teaches at Âé¶¹´«Ã½
Professor Istvan Feher, a Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence, is teaching this semester at The University of Tulsa and Âé¶¹´«Ã½. TU and Âé¶¹´«Ã½ joined to host the Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence for the 2016-2017 academic year. Community partners include Tulsa Global Alliance and the Oklahoma Center for the Humanities at TU.
